  • 3. Choose the status(Student or Non-student).
  • 4. Fill in the blanks properly and click [Submit] button down below.
  • 5. Click [Pay] button down below and complete your payment.

    Registration Period

    In Case of Presenter

  • 1. After receiving the acceptance notification mail, please click [Registration Inquiry] function at the top of this page.
  • 2. Choose the type of your participation.
  • 3. Fill in the blanks precisely and click [Registration Inquiry] button down below.
  • 4. Check the screening status and click [VIEW] button at the right side.
  • 5. Click [Pay] button down below and complete your payment.

    In Case of Non-presenter(to check if your payment is normally completed)

  • 1. Click [Registration Inquiry] at the top this page.
  • 2. Click [Non-presentation Registration].
  • 3. Choose the status(Student or Non-student).
  • 4. Fill in the blanks precisely and click [Registration Inquiry] button down below.
  • 5. Click [VIEW] button at the right side and check the payment status.

    Refund Policy

  • Before the deadline of advanced registration: Full refund
  • After the deadline of advanced registration ~ a month before the event: 50% refund
  • A month before the event ~ 2 weeks before the event: 20% refund
  • 2 weeks before the event ~ right before or after the event: No refund
